Although 99% of the computers we receive are in perfect working order, we still put them through our refurbishment process. Each computer is treated with great care and restored to its original working condition. Our Qualified Technicians meticulously perform this process at our Service Center. We even inspect the health of the capacitors located on the motherboard. THIS IS A MUST and many other vendors do not do this. The outside casing of the computer will have minor scratches or imperfections. This item will arrive clean and in perfect working order. Return Policy Either you’re happy or your MONEY BACK!! We’ll give you seven days to evaluate the computer. If for some reason you feel that it’s not the right purchase for you, just return it and we will refund your entire bid amount less a $28 return charge. We ask for this amount to cover the original shipping to you. This fee applies regardless of the reason for return including a problem with your order (see warranty section). You are responsible for payment of the return shipping although we can help arrange it with UPS. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance after the 7 day period.
